1 - Fill in the form with the information requested.
2 - Our team will contact you to confirm the return.
3 - Drop off your parcel at a post office.
4 - After receiving and checking your parcel, we will reimburse you for the returned products within 5 to 10 days.
We will take back any item labelled and in its original packaging that has not been worn within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. (Excluding mirrors and ballet barres)
Our return conditions are as follows:
- Items on SALE or PROMOTION will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Tights and underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of tips and hair accessories.
- Returned items must be intact with their labels attached, in their original packaging and must not be washed or soiled.
- The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
- Returns not complying with these conditions will be automatically refused.
