Formerly known as Zefir Ballet, Zidans is a young Russian brand active since 2015 that designs and markets all the products needed to practice dance.
Based in Russia's Central Federal District in Moscow, the Zidans teams design collections for dance and sport. Whether it's leotards, skirts or even ensembles, all our products are handmade in artisan workshops.
Zidans' aim is to create original looks in their own right, not just separate products. One item is relevant to various dance and sports activities. It comprises several elements in itself and can be transformed into another element compatible with other Zidans items.
"Clothes without a playful element are like life without a sense of humour: you look for it in the details.
By getting rid of elements and decoration that add nothing but distract attention, resources and time, the brand strives for clean, clear lines, focusing on the lines of the body, the silhouette and its surroundings.
As soon as new models are produced, they are tested by dancers and sportspeople to get their feedback. Feedback is then taken into account before any collections go into production.
